Cambridge Matrix was founded, in August 2002, in Cambridge England by Graham McKoen and Rend Shakir. Valerie Holt (formerly MD of PSINET) and Dr Peter Radley (formerly CTO of Alcatel), joined the Board in 2004. Lake Falconer, of PEM Corporate Finance is the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

The Executive Team has over 150 years combined experience in the ISP and telecommunications industries.
Jeremy Lothian has been our Head of Software Engineering from the Company's incorporation, and Mike Playle, who joined us this year, heads up our Global Consulting Team.
